Above is a view from the Viewing platform on site looking towards the town centre and over the area where Tesco will stand come November 2011. Everything is flat, waiting to be raised with infill material, which really gives you a sense of scale of just this part of the regeneration site.
The photo above shows that the pipeline over Harbor road has now been covered in some kind of material to try to reduce the noise level as the infill material travels through it.
Above is one of the many diggers onsite loading up dumper trucks with infill material to be transported around to different parts of the site.
A convoy of dumper trucks traveling up the infill pile, ready to load up with some more.
Workmen keeping a close eye on proceedings on the site.
A view over the fence from the car park side of the site, where there are still lots of dormant machines and also still one of the holiday camp lights on the right of the image, that hasn't yet been taken down.
Above is a panoramic photo I took on the Tesco site with my iphone, to see it bigger, click on the image.
I managed to get this photo above of basically the area where the Tesco store will stand once built, the guys on site were preparing the area so that infill material can be put on top of it when ready.
Above are some pipes with work going on in the lagoons in the eastern side of the regeneration site.
This photo was taken looking south from the skatepark side of the site, and by the looks of it, down the middle on the bottom half, they are laying down material, possibly so that the infill material can be put on top of that.
This is a shot next to the tram line with the Tesco site out of focus in the background.
The above photo was taken from Beer by Pecorama on the 8th April as the Oranje dredger had just arrived at Seaton from South Wales with a new load of infill material.
Above is a view of Seaton from Beer head that I shot, and if you look at it, you can see the pipelines and lagoons in the photo clearly. Previous photos I have taken in the past years, have just shown trees covering that area.
Above:
Looking towards the back of the site, where diggers etc are moving around some of the infill material.
Above:
The middle of the three manmade lagoons, which looks as if it has been half filled with water.
Above:
One of the pipeline connections on the site seems to have sprung a leak! probably due to the high pressure of all of the material that is traveling through the pipeline.

Looking across the site from the eastern side to the west towards the town centre.
